Please download and complete the Registration Form, Parent Agreement along with a copy of the swimmer's Birth Certificate and Emergency Card and mail to:

Registration fees:

Age is determined by swimmer’s age on June 15, 2010.

Fees for Ages 4-14
Family, 1st swimmer - $225
Siblings ages 4-14   - $160
Fees for Ages 15-18 - $60
(Payment plans available on request.)
Family Volunteer Deposit - $100
Deposit money will be returned upon completion of required volunteer hours.

Practice Days & Times:

Please arrive 10 minutes early for time to stretch  before practice.
